Alex signed for the first time last night!Alex was standing on the couch with Omar looking out the window. As I walked out of the kitchen, I said, "Peek-a-boo!" He turned around to look at me and made the sign for "milk". Omar and I looked at each other in disbelief. So I took him into my arms and he began to nurse happily.
We thought perhaps it was just a fluke...
but a bit later he did it again!
I put him to the breast and he nursed voraciously!
Hooray!

Alex - that is awesome that you are signing! Maybe one day you and Hunter can talk back and forth to each other about your parents :-)
